Scott Electric: Commercial

Scott Electric Company has the most diverse commercial division in South Texas. Our commercial services range from service calls to ground up construction. Our experienced management team oversees all our projects from the estimating, project award, submittal review, construction and project closeout. Scott Electric Company has five (5) master electricians on staff to supervise our journeyman electricians which have received a 5 year education from the National Joint Apprenticeship Training, a nationally accredited training program dedicated to electrical excellence.

It is Scott Electric Company’s mission to make each and every customer happy. It is the customer’s schedule that we must comply with, we will adjust our schedule to ensure that their day to day operations have minimal disruptions.

  • Electrical Design – Scott Electric Company’s management team can assist in electrical design and help select the proper applications and equipment for your use.
  • Estimating – Our estimating team has over 100 years of experience. Our estimating software allows us to customize estimates based on the customer’s budgets and ideas. As always, our estimating is a service that we provide at no cost to the contractor or end user.
  • Project Award – Our management team has experience at reviewing final contract documents and ensuring the customer is getting what they are paying for. From project drawings, to project specifications, to contract language, to signing on the dotted line, we can make project award a smooth process.
  • Submittal review – To insure that the customer is getting what they are paying for, Scott Electric Company requires all equipment be submitted for review by our team, before it is reviewed by contractors, engineers and end users. It is our mission that quality equipment is provided as designed.
  • Construction – Our team of managers and estimators stay active in the project once ground is broken. Scott Electric Company managers and estimators are available for weekly construction meetings, coordination meetings with other trades, safety meetings, etc. Our foreman, journeyman and apprentices have all participated in a Code of Excellence program that stresses the importance of quality installations.
  • Project Closeout – Once a project is substantially complete, we begin our closeout process.
